Nico Wells joined Sopris Capital in 2024 as an Analyst. Before joining Sopris, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on the real estate private equity and credit investing team. Nico graduated Magna Cum Laude from Cornell University with a B.S. in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate. Outside of work, Nico is a Champion for the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx and a member of the Breathe Team, an endurance group raising funds for Cystic Fibrosis research. In his free time, he enjoys road biking, distance running, cooking, coffee, and traveling.
