Sopris Real Estate has a 20-year history of successful long-term investing in real estate, across different asset types, strategies, deal structures, and geographies.

Our extensive national network of operating and capital partners, coupled with a collaborative team who has significant expertise in and exposure to healthcare and technology sectors, enables us to have an advantaged perspective and the ability to make well informed decisions.

As a family office with a single source of long-term capital, we have the flexibility and agility needed to act quickly and to deploy our knowledge, networks, and expertise in support of our partners.

In addition to our Real Estate strategy, we invest through our Venture Capital and Private Equity groups, sharing resources and knowledge across industries and geographies.
