Nico Wells joined Sopris Capital in 2024 and is an Associate.

Prior to joining Sopris, Mr. Wells was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs within their real estate private equity and credit investing team.

Mr. Wells graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Hotel Administration and a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University.

Outside of the office, Mr. Wells is a Champion for the Children’s Hospital at Montefiore in the Bronx. In his free time, he enjoys road biking, distance running, cooking, drinking coffee, and traveling.
